Are your non-nut products safe for those with allergies?

While we do our best to ensure there is no cross contamination. We do make and package products with peanuts and tree nuts in the same areas as our non-nut products. We cannot guarantee products without nuts are peanut/tree nut allergy safe, and therefore do not recommend those with allergies consume our products.

Do you have any dairy free products?
No, we do not carry dairy-free products. While our dark chocolate has a high cocoa percentage, it does contain whey protein- which is derived from dairy products. While some whey protein products are suitable for those with lactose intolerance, they should not be consumed at all by those with a dairy allergy. As mentioned with our nut warning, we cannot guarantee products without dairy are allergy safe, and therefore do not recommend those with allergies consumer our products.

Am I able to pickup a tray on a day the store is closed?
No. We close our store so that our faithful and hardworking employees are able to spend time with their family and friends. Trays can be ordered in advance and early pickup or late delivery on days that we are open can be accommodated for an additional fee.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
STORE ITEMS: Our refund policy allows for returns of unopened store products within 5 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for processing the refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that certain products, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may not be eligible for refunds (see Custom Orders).

All store items are checked prior to pickup for condition and breakage. Once products leave our store, we are unable to refund or replace any products that have been broken in transit.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Refunds for custom orders & products cannot be issued. At the time of purchase, you were informed of the price, indicating your acceptance of the terms. Custom products require significant time and labor, which has already been invested into the order during production. Due to the unique nature of the item (s), they cannot be restocked or resold. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
PARTIES:There are no refunds on canceled parties or individual guest no-shows.
SHIPPING: Our shipping policy for Sweet Freaks items aims to ensure their freshness and quality upon delivery. We only offer shipping on select items to ensure that they will arrive in good condition. Please note that due to the nature of perishable items, we may only be able to ship to certain regions and do not ship from June-August. When ordering items for shipment, the buyer understands that once the items leave our store, any damage to the package and items is no longer the responsibility of Sweet Freaks.
